It is your responsibility to correctly select the category of test that you require. All our categories are laid out in a simple and easy to follow manner. If you wrongly order a test category, you will not be refunded for your error. Please take your time and double check you have the right pack such as Forward tipping dumper and not rear tipping dumper, or Overhead Crane and not Marine Crane (which are only used at Docks and not contruction sites or factories ), before you finish paying. If you are unsure, please drop us an email and we will be very happy to assist you.
You Fail Your Actual Test.
We can earnestly tell you that if you put in the practice using our apps, you will pass the real test when you take them. We can't monitor your practice session times (although we are trying to integrate an extension to help with this, that you can switch on or off), so as it is with life, it's down to you to put the time in and practice, practice, practice until (we recommend), you are getting 100% every time you use the app. Then you'll know that you are incabable of failing. If you don't pass because you did not practice or you got so nervous on the actual test day that you failed, or you missed the test for a number of possible reasons, then you cannot ask for a refund (well you can ask but you won't get one). However we don't just leave you in that situation. Here at Spartan Education (c) we have given you a lot of resources that were requested, for you to read and this will not just help you to pass the test but make you an all round better operator when you retain the information and put it into practice. So please do read the resources provided.
Translation of our practice tests into other languages.
It has been requested that we provide our practice apps in other languages such as various dialects of indian or polish etc. On inquiring with the governing bodies, we have been advised not to do this. This is because to undertake an NPORS or CPCS test, the learner must be able to write and speak in English. If we provided the test in anothe language apart from just English, the learner may well understand what the questions require of them and the correct answers maybe given but, when it comes to doing the actual test, this will be a hinderance because the actual test will be in English. In this situation, there will most likely be a communication breakdown between the learner and the test context and comprehension. So we strongly recomend you practice the test in English only. After all, good communication on construction sites and the workplace is essential to safety.
