Spartan Education (c) Is a member of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). All of your information will be stored in a secure manner and only accsessed by authorised personal at Spartan Education (c). Aurthorised personal only, will access information needed and no more as per the GDPR. We will not sell or give your information to other persons, companies or any third parties. (As an example of bad practice the DVLA will sell your information without your permission, to companies such as those that run private carparks who then harass you for payments. This breaks the rules of the GDPR). We will hold your information only for a period of time that is required and no longer and only essential information will be held.
Equalities Act
We run our company in step with the legalities of the Equalities Act 2010. c 15.
This act determines that there are nine characteristics that are protected and must not be discriminated against.
These are: Age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race/religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.
The act protects people against discrimination, harassment or victimisation in employment and as users of private and public services.
